About
Overview
Adobe Connect adds live voice, video, chat, presentations, registration, invitations, and reporting to Hyperspace virtual environments. Map each Hyperspace destination, such as an auditorium, classroom, lounge, or breakout space, to an Adobe Connect meeting or event flow so participants can move between immersive experiences and live sessions.
Key use cases
– Live virtual classrooms and instructor-led training
– Conferences, webinars, and keynote sessions
– Immersive onboarding and orientation
– Facilitated breakout discussions
– Persistent virtual campuses with room-level conversations
– Registration-led programs with Adobe Connect Events
How it works
1. Create Adobe Connect meetings for the required Hyperspace destinations.
2. Configure meeting access, participant roles, and audio permissions.
3. Add the matching Adobe Connect meeting link to each Hyperspace destination.
4. Optionally use Adobe Connect Content or Events as a participant entry point.
5. Test the complete participant journey on desktop and mobile before launch.
Requirements
– Adobe Connect account with administrator or host access
– Hyperspace environment and room map
– Approved meeting URLs and access model
– Clear ownership for event production, hosting, and technical support
– Security approval for any single sign-on or API-based workflow
Security and data note
Adobe Connect and Hyperspace should be treated as separate services. Do not put personal data, access tokens, account IDs, or session data in room URLs. Use approved identity and API patterns for authenticated or data-sharing workflows.
