ENGAGE migration · Managed by Hyperspace
Move your ENGAGE experiences to Hyperspace
Managed conversion and quality assurance to help carry your learning program forward.
Bring your ENGAGE courses, scenarios and virtual learning spaces into Hyperspace through managed conversion. We review how the experience should work, adapt platform-specific behavior where needed, and use quality assurance to identify and address functional gaps.
Continue your program with browser-based learning, live sessions and independent practice. Start by showing us one experience or talking us through what learners do there. You don’t need every technical answer before the first conversation.
Talk through your ENGAGE experienceCarry forward the learning you have already built
Your ENGAGE experience includes the way a lesson unfolds: what learners explore, the choices they make, the materials they use and the discussion that follows. Those details guide the move to Hyperspace.
We review environments, models and media alongside interactions, lesson sequences and intended outcomes. Your team explains what successful participation looks like. We use that understanding to scope the conversion, address platform-specific differences and check the learning journey.
How managed migration works
Show us a representative experience
Choose a course or scenario that includes the features your program relies on. Walk us through what learners do, what the facilitator controls and how the activity is completed. Include any demanding interaction that is essential to your teaching.
Review the materials and agree the scope
We work through the available experience files, original assets and dependencies. Models, images and audio may be stored separately from the experience that references them. Together, we identify missing materials, relevant reuse permissions and the checks the first delivery must pass.
Convert and check the learning journey
Our managed conversion tool provides the technical starting point. Quality assurance checks the result against the intended activity and identifies functional gaps to address. Your team contributes subject knowledge and reviews the learning outcomes; we handle the agreed conversion and technical adaptations.
Rehearse and plan the wider rollout
Try the experience with its facilitator and representative learners on the devices they will use. Review the controls, joining instructions and reporting setup. Use that result to agree final adjustments and plan the remaining experiences, responsibilities and delivery priorities.

Platform support does not guarantee a like-for-like transfer of every feature. The conversion review establishes what can move, what needs adaptation and how the result will be tested.
Check the experience from arrival to completion
Quality assurance follows the full activity, including the moments that matter to learning:
- Content and interactions: models and media appear correctly, essential objects respond as intended, and choices lead to the right next step.
- Teaching and participation: facilitators can guide the session, learners understand what to do, and shared work behaves as expected.
- Access and completion: text is readable, controls work on the intended devices, and the agreed completion or scoring information reaches its destination.
For a self-paced scenario, test the important decision paths and feedback. For a shared exercise, check how one participant’s actions affect what others see and do.
Reach learners through the browser
Hyperspace runs in the browser on computers, mobile devices and supported immersive devices, without an application download. Learners can join from a web link using the supported devices that fit the activity.
Test your actual device mix during the pilot. A headset-led exercise and a keyboard-and-mouse activity can involve different controls. Include accessibility requirements and your usual IT setup so the joining instructions and materials work for your participants.
Connect live learning, independent practice and your LMS
Hyperspace supports instructor-led sessions, self-paced scenarios and AI conversation practice. Continue the core activity first, then add practice or branching decisions where they support your learning objectives.
Visual authoring tools help you develop scenarios and review learner choices, completion and performance signals. For LMS delivery, Hyperspace provides SCORM options. Agree the completion and scoring behavior your course needs, then test it in your own LMS. Review historical learner records separately from the new reporting setup.
Questions about moving from ENGAGE
Can you migrate our ENGAGE experiences for us?
Yes. We provide managed conversion and quality assurance. We review your source materials and intended learning flow, agree the scope, and identify the adaptations and checks needed to prepare the experience for learners.
Will everything work exactly as it does in ENGAGE?
Some interactions or platform-specific features may need adaptation. The review identifies essential behavior, and quality assurance checks the converted experience against it. The agreed scope sets out the technical work and the input needed from your team.
What if we only have an experience file?
Start with what you have. A walkthrough and any original models or media help us identify dependencies. Assets may be stored separately, and relevant permissions or licences need to allow reuse. We work through those questions during scoping.
Do learners need a VR headset or a new app?
A headset is optional. Hyperspace supports browser-based participation on computers, mobile devices and supported immersive devices without an application download. Test your intended activity on the devices and browsers your learners will use.
Can the experience connect to our LMS?
Hyperspace provides SCORM delivery options. We review your LMS requirements and the completion or scoring behavior you need, then test the agreed setup in your own LMS. Integration details belong in the scope for your program.
What happens to recordings and previous learner records?
Include them in the review. Historical records, recording formats and LMS data need explicit retention or transfer decisions alongside content conversion. Agree what must remain available and where your organization will keep it.
How do we get started, and how is the work scoped?
Show us one representative course, scenario or virtual space. We review the available materials, essential interactions and intended devices to establish a practical first conversion. That gives us a basis to discuss the wider effort, support, cost and delivery assumptions before you commit.
Show us the experience you need next
Bring the course, scenario or virtual learning space you want to keep running. Tell us what learners need to do and what your team has already built. We’ll work through the managed migration path and the checks needed for your next delivery.
