Copy Virtual World Embed Code
First grab the Embed Code to your Event Metaverse
Click on the Worlds menu
- Click the triple dot menu on your world’s tile
- Choose Export from the menu
- Expand the Webpage embed export panel
- Click the clipboard icon to copy the World’s Embed Code
Adjust the Embed Code for Splash
Your embed code will look something like this

Splash Dashboard
Create an Event
Click the New Event button
- Enter the event Title
- Select Virtual event type
- Set the Date & Time of the event
- Click the Next: Choose Theme button
Choose a Theme then scroll down
Add a Virtual Event Touchpoint
Click the Add a Touchpoint tile
Note: this feature is only available on the commercial version of Splash (not the free version)
Click to add a Virtual Event Page
Click the Virtual Event Page tile to edit it
Add the Event Metaverse to Splash
Click the center panel to Add Embed Code
Click the Embed Options button
- Choose the Custom Embed option
- Paste the World Embed Code you copied earlier from the 3D Dashboard
- Click the Save Changes button
Click the Save button
Share the Event Metaverse with Guests
Publish your event
- Toggle to publish
- Click the Save button
Invite a guest with Check In status
Visit the Event Metaverse in Splash
If you’ve enabled the World Landing Page (v2.15+) user will be prompted to enter their name and email address.
Users have the option to go fullscreen
