Click the Share button
Ensure Guest access is enabled
Click the Copy link button
- Choose Free navigation to allow interactions with the board as a team. Choose presentation if you only wish to allow viewing.
- Click the Copy embed code button
Add your Conceptboard link into the following embed code

In your space
- Click the Pencil+ icon in the top toolbar
- Choose Add mediaboard from the menu
- Choose the Embed HTML tile
- Paste the embed code
- Click the Create button
Click on the mediaboard to launch the Conceptboard board
Participants will be given the option to Sign in with their Conceptboard login credentials or use Guest access.
Clicking Guest will allow the participants to supply a name.
Click Access as guest
The Conceptboard will display showing all participants.

To change the default image of the mediaboard from the black and white link image to a Conceptboard logo:
Click the settings icon on the mediboard
Paste the following into the diffuseMap field

Click the Save button
Exit edit mode and try clicking on the Conceptboard. It will popup over the 3D space.
