How to add booths to a space
As an editor
- Click the Pencil+ icon in the top toolbar
- Choose Add content from the menu
- Click in the filter
- Choose LearnBrite search engine
- Enter the keyword stand into the search field
- Click on the booth item you want to add to the space
You can also use the Exhibition tag filter
Click on the settings/cog icon on the booth item
- Set the scale to "x":1, "y":1, "z":1
- Check the freeTeleportTarget checkbox
- Set the GLFT color encoding to linear
- Scroll down and click the Save button
The booth will appear at proper size, allow navigation with click+hold and have improved lighting.
How to change the branding of the booth
- Prepare the branding image
- Download the template file (click on the .jpg link based on the booth you chose, then right-click and Save as.. to your computer) and prepare it with your own branding resources. Check “Texture Atlas and Aspect Ratio” section below.
- Export the resulting image as JPG (recommended*) or PNG
* JPG files compress better and will load more quickly - Upload the image to Hyperspace Storage (see guide on Storage & Files);
- Once done, copy its URL by clicking on the small “globe” icon on the right side of the screen.
- Paste the URL you just copied in the following snippet (replace TEXTURE_URL)

- Update the booth to use the new image
- Go to the 3D environment
- Enter edit mode
- Hover over the booth and click on the cog icon
- Add the snippet you completed earlier with the URL of your texture in the metadata field
- Click Save item
Texture Atlas and Aspect Ratio
A Texture Atlas is a collection of textures arranged into one single image with the purpose of optimizing memory. Each booth has one texture atlas with all the branding on it.
In the texture atlas, the maps are arranged to maximize the use of the available space. This means some of the maps might be rotated, or stretched. When adding your custom branding, you need to take this into account. In the next section (“Booths”), you will find a list of recommended map sizes. For each one of your new maps, first you need to create your design in that size. When it’s ready, then it needs to be placed on the template atlas, replacing completely the original one.
Adding margin to prevent bleeding
It’s a good practice to leave some margin around the maps to prevent the 3d object from showing undesired bleeding effects.
This image shows an example of a map with some margin. The blue lines have been added to show the separation between the actual texture and the added margin.
