MURAL is a digital workspace for visual collaboration. The platform enables teams to collaborate visually to solve important problems. People benefit from MURAL, which helps people create diagrams, which are popular in design thinking and agile methodologies. It includes tools to facilitate meetings and workshops.
Mural diagrams can be added to VR spaces.
Login to your Mural board and click the Share button.
- Click the Embed tab
- Click the Copy Snippet button
- Click Done
Switch over to your 3D space
On the Pencil+ edit menu choose Add mediaboard
- Click the Embed HTML tile
- Paste the snippet you copied from Mural
- Click the Create button
Position the new mediaboard in the space.
Change the Mural mediaboard image
To change the default image of the mediaboard from the black and white link image to a Mural logo:
Click the settings icon on the mediboard
Paste the following into the diffuseMap field

Click the Save button
Exit edit mode and try clicking on the Mural board. It will popup over the 3D space. Mural only supports view-only mode in a popup.
To allow collaboration the Mural must be opened in a new browser tab.
Hover over the Mural board and click the Open in MURAL button to enter collaboration mode in a new browser tab.
Your audio call will continue in the 3D space as you work on the Mural board and you can switch between the two tabs as you wish.
