Intellectual property
For convenience LearnBrite includes 1GB of cloud storage. You may upload your multimedia assets here to use in your experiences.
Multimedia assets can include 3D models, videos, images, audio and ChatMapper scenarios.
However your organization may want to present confidential information in your experiences, or may have a policy to keep all multimedia assets on servers within its control.
LearnBrite allows a separation of the “experience engine” from the multimedia assets.
Simply place your assets on your private or intranet server, as long as they can be accessed by authenticated users by a URL they will be visible within the experience.
The web-based experience engine and any platform related assets will be served from LearnBrite and combined at runtime in the browser with those from your private server.
Authentication
LearnBrite offers a range or access levels to experiences to balance security and ease of access.
Private spaces are only available to those invited by email. Access to private spaces can be blocked on a per user basis.
LearnBrite operates on the basis of storing as little information about your users as possible.
