At this time transfers can only be achieved through a support ticket at https://hyperspace.mv/support . For security reasons the support ticket must be submitted from the email address from the source account wishing to transfer away their property.
Please include the email of the source account and the email of the existing destination account.
Also include the WorldId, SpaceId or ScenarioId you wish to transfer.
Note:
- When a World is transferred all Spaces and Scenarios used by the World will also be transferred.
- When a Space is transferred the Scenario used by the Space will also be transferred.
Properties that are able to be transferred
- Worlds
- Spaces
- Scenarios
Gamification:
Tasks will be transferred with the associated World or Space.
Please note:
- Tasks attached to a Space will need to be accessed/edited by opening the Space via the Spaces tab in Dashboard.
- If the transferred Space is added to a World, the WorldId will need to be attached to each task. After the WorldId is added to the task, that task will only operate within that specific World.

- Bots
- Storage
Bots Workaround
Be aware any bots created in the source account can't be transferred to another account. If you need to change the bot outfits you'd need to replace it with a new bot created in the destination account.
If the bot is used in a ChatMapper experience the project would need to have the Actor updated and the experience re-published.
